7. Direct Communication Between Users
GharRent may allow users to contact property owners or tenants directly through phone, WhatsApp or other communication methods. Communications and arrangements made between users are their own responsibility.
8. Rental Agreements and Payments
GharRent does not automatically create or guarantee a rental agreement between users.
Any rent payment, deposit, brokerage arrangement, agreement or other financial transaction between users is made at their own responsibility. Users should take appropriate precautions before sending money or sharing sensitive documents.
9. GharRent's Role
GharRent provides a platform for connecting people. GharRent does not own, rent, sell or manage the properties listed by users unless specifically stated otherwise.
GharRent is not responsible for the condition, ownership, legality, availability or suitability of a property listed by a user.
10. Listing Removal and Account Restrictions
GharRent may remove, restrict or disable listings or accounts that appear to violate these Terms, applicable laws, safety requirements or the interests of the GharRent community.
11. Website Availability
We aim to keep GharRent available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
12. Intellectual Property
The GharRent name, branding, website design and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users must not copy, reproduce or misuse GharRent's content or branding without permission.
